Fuel Injection

Today I was able to get almost all the wiring done.  Because I spent so much time this winter setting things up, I was able to knock this all out in just a matter of hours.  I still have the crank position sensor and the fuel pump to wire up, but I need to mount them first.  Then I need to clean it all up with some wire loom.

I picked up the exhaust riser from the welding shop today.  There is 1 spot that looks like it may have pulled away, but I think a little JB Weld will fix it.  There should not be any water pressure in this spot, so I think it will work fine.  Next up is to machine it for the O2 sensor and paint it so I can get it back on the boat.

Today I took the exhaust risers off the manifolds and machined the front water jacket off.  I plan to take this to the welding shop to have the hole filled in so I can drill and tap it for the O2 sensor.  Since this is cast iron, I'm not comfortable welding it myself and I don't feel like ruining a several hundred dollar part trying.
